that is designed and deployed to power a self-sustaining community based on the principles and tools developed for DEVxDAO
and integrated with the wallets and identity management systems
The milestone can be accomplished by using a centralized database
or integrating onchain in a chosen Layer 1
Acceptance Criteria:

and starts minting NFTs
for activities
that advance the formation, structure, and governance of PROJECT FUTURE’s new venture engagement
Milestone title: Reputation-Based community Governance

Details of what will be delivered:
web 3 NFT community incentivization system and community management
This milestone may be accomplished by PROJECT FUTURE onboarding a certain number of community members
Evidence that onboarded community members use the system created in milestones 1-5
Acceptance Criteria:
There is a rep-weighted vote
on a governance issue
and the outcome is properly implemented as designed in the system
Milestone title: Self-Service Creation Tools

Details of what will be delivered:
This milestone requires the integration of the prior work accomplished in milestones 1-6 into a functional user interface
that integrates many functions
A portfolio of tools will be given to the PROJECT FUTURE community
to modify the structure of how they interact through a metaverse,
both in terms of form
(cosmetics, UI)
and function
(e.g. forum moderation, rep earned for specific activities).
These community UX tools will be integrated into the reputation and governance systems
to ensure that decisions are subject to consensus-based on community principles.
Acceptance Criteria:
There is a set of configuration tools that allow 2 different communities to have different configurations in form or in function
MVPR Architecture Buildout with Matrix
Develop an architecture of MVPR 4x reputation tokenomics including Forum WDAG
Define an API for integrating with the Forum WDAG
Acceptance Criteria:
Presentation of and agreement on the architecture
Buildout 1 (Beta) with the following constraints:
Implement Forum WDAG with 4x Reputation
Implement DGF API
Acceptance Criteria:
Members can submit proposals to the group
Members can comment and reply to comments on proposals
Members can vote in formal and informal rounds of voting
Buildout 2 with the following adjustments:
Upgradable system - allows users to vote on parameter changes.
Acceptance Criteria:
Members can propose changes to parameters such as proposal timing, quorum, reputation rewards, etc.
If a parameter change proposal passes, future proposals use the new parameters
Buildout 3: Blockchain inclusion
