Simplify Existing dgf prototype codebase

The existing codebase is based on smart contracts and contractArtifacts that are ported to frontend and backend. The API connects blockchain to Matrix. The WebApp is just a UI, and the widget it just a copy of the WebApp in i-frame constraints. The goal of this simplification is just to rewrite the backend first within the context of my prettier "twitter-esque" UI.
